As the only eye care practice in a three-county area, we have a unique and important role in serving our community. This onboarding course is designed to help you understand that role and feel confident and prepared from day one.

Over the next few modules, you’ll learn everything you need to know to get started, from our core values and patient-first philosophy to the day-to-day procedures that keep our clinic running smoothly. We’ll cover our practice history, key policies, and introduce you to the technology we use to provide the best possible care.

Our goal is simple: to give every patient a clear vision and a great experience. Your role is a huge part of making that happen. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
